From the highlands of Baoshan, Yunnan, this distinctive Arabica comes from Gaosheng Manor, one of the estates represented in your supplier material as producing selected coffees from this emerging Chinese coffee origin.

Grown at approximately 1,500–1,850 metres above sea level and carefully washed processed, this coffee delivers a mellow, rounded cup centred around caramel sweetness, cocoa and deep dark-chocolate notes.

Smooth and full-flavoured with an easy-going balance, it's a coffee made for those who like their daily brew rich, comforting and satisfyingly chocolatey.
