From the mountainous coffee-growing region of Baoshan, Yunnan, China, comes a distinctive high-altitude Arabica grown by Gaosheng Manor.

Cultivated at approximately 1,500–1,850 metres above sea level, this Catimor Arabica is washed processed for a cleaner, more defined cup.

The result is a balanced and full-flavoured coffee built around comforting notes of caramel and cocoa, lifted by subtle berry character and a gentle touch of spice.
