From the highlands of Bensa in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region comes a coffee shaped by altitude, climate and one of Ethiopia’s distinctive coffee varieties — 74158.

Grown at approximately 2,080–2,160 metres above sea level, this Grade 1 Arabica coffee undergoes a natural (sun-dried) process, allowing the coffee cherry to dry around the seed before processing.

Flavour Profile: An expressive, fruit-forward cup with delicate floral aromatics, caramel sweetness, ripe lychee, cantaloupe and strawberry, finishing with a vibrant, juicy character.
